NGO “Ukrainian Assembly of doctors of science in public administration” (hereinafter – NGO “VADND”) – a public research organization that brings together on the voluntary bases leading scientists and professionals working in the field of public administration.
The objective of the NGO “VADND”:

assistance in the preparation of scientific and technical personnel, attracting of talented young people, identifying and supporting of talented researchers, promotion to the creative growth of young scientists;

promotion to the development and integration of science and education in Ukraine;

conduction of analysis of the development and implementation of the research works, aimed on the solution of the state-management problems in various sectors of society activity and development of recommendations for their use;

development of international relations with various foreign organizations with the problems of public administration;
-
formation of a unified database of doctors, PhDs in public administration, but also professional experts working in this field;
-
conduction of independent expertise’s and consultations in the field of public administration on the orders of state power and public organizations;
-
organization of general-Ukrainian, regional, sectoral and international congresses, conferences, symposia and seminars with the problems of development of public administration;
-
publication of scientific journal «Public management»;
-
participation in community councils of central and local authorities;
-
providing of expert services in the field of public administration and local government.
