The proceedings of the 5th International Scientific and Practical Conference “Integration of the Scientific Community before the Global Problems of Modernity” held in Tokyo (Japan) on February 12-14, 2020 were published. The conference was held by the Regional Academy of Management together with the Ukrainian Assembly of Doctors of Sciences in Public Administration .
The conference materials included theses of scientists, experts, teachers of higher educational establishments, graduate students, doctoral students, candidates for scientific degrees, representatives of political parties, public organizations, mass media and others.
