SCIENCE OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION IN UKRAINE TO BE!

 

 

 

The public scientific organization “Ukrainian Assembly of Doctors of Science in Public Administration” (hereinafter referred to as the public organization) began its work five years ago as an independent tool for the development of public administration science in Ukraine for the formation of basic and applied research and international relations.
The public organization is headed by Romanenko Yevhen Oleksandrovych – Vice-Rector for Research of the National Aviation University, Doctor of Science in Public Administration, Professor, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine. Yevhen Oleksandrovych is one of the leading domestic scientists in the field of public administration, has significant scientific achievements from cited works in more than 250 sources, carries out high-quality scientific and expert activities, in particular, is an expert of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education. and administration. His broad outlook, deep scientific thinking and active life position unite and motivate colleagues and like-minded people. The executive director of the public organization is Zhukova Iryna Vitaliyivna – Candidate of Science in Public Administration, Associate Professor, Laureate of the President’s Prize for Young Scientists, Laureate of the Ivan Franko Prize in Information Activity, Laureate of the All-Ukrainian Innovation in Education 2018, extremely hard-working and creative scientist.
The history of the formation of the public organization is inextricably linked with the development of public administration in Ukraine and the formation of its scientific potential. The public organization, which was created as an innovative scientific platform for professional exchange of views between professionals, development of public administration tasks, has passed a significant, largely innovative path, and has become one of the leading, which plays an important role in innovative development and global efficiency. public administration in Ukraine.

Over the years, the public organization , recognizing the need for constant exchange of knowledge, experience and information on the development of public administration, has published more than 25 issues of the professional collection “Public Administration”, which became the first and only fully English-language publication on public administration in Ukraine.
To realize the scientific, intellectual, social interests of Ukraine, under the auspices of the public organization are published authoritative professional and international publications: “Scientific Bulletin: Public Administration”, “Expert: Paradigms of Legal Sciences and Public Administration”, “Scientific Prospects”, “Public Administration and National safety ”and“ Knowledge and perspectives ”.
In order to spread the achievements of public administration science in the world, the public organization, together with leading international institutions, co-organized about 100 international forums, conferences, congresses, which resulted in the publication of collections of abstracts. To expand scientific cooperation, cooperation agreements have been signed with more than 40 scientific institutions and organizations, including: popular science project “SCIENCE4TECHNOLOGY”, company “Antiplagiarism”, Deadline media platform, Institute of Civil Service Training of the University of Ukraine, Kazakh National named after al-Farabi and others.
According to the public organization, many of its members received state awards, honorary titles, and were also awarded scientific prizes. The number of visits to the website of the public organization today is almost 300,000 people.

This is by no means a complete list of achievements of a public organization, which is characterized by a lack of dogmatism and a bold move forward to meet new scientific events and achievements. She gathered around her not only authoritative, interesting and talented researchers, but also helped and helps many young scientists to take a worthy place in science, gives a “ticket” to life.
The members of the public organization are about 200 authoritative doctors and candidates of science in public administration from all over Ukraine and from other countries:
Gryshchenko Iryna Mykolayivna – Doctor of Science in Public Administration, Professor;
Gurkovsky Volodymyr Ihorovych – Doctor of Science in Public Administration, Professor;
Dovhan Valeriy Ivanovych – Doctor of Science in Public Administration, Professor;
Kovalchuk Veronika Gennadiivna – Doctor of Science in Public Administration, Professor;
Nepomnyashchy Oleksandr Mykhailovych – Doctor of Science in Public Administration, Professor;
Simak Serhiy Vasyliovych – Doctor of Science in Public Administration, Professor and others.
In June 2021, for the first time in the history of the public organization on the occasion of the Constitution Day of Ukraine, three of its members were awarded honorary awards: Nepomnyashchy  O.M. awarded the Order “For Merits” of the I degree, Simak S.V. was awarded the honorary title of “Honored Economist of Ukraine”, and Dovhan V.I. – honorary title “Honored Worker of Science and Technology of Ukraine”.
In general, the analysis of the entire period of existence of the public organization revealed both the achievements noted by almost all representatives of the science of public administration, and problems that need to be addressed, as a result of which the relevant recommendations and proposals are developed. Of course, their implementation requires hard, painstaking work.
But the main thing is that the public organization exists, confidently takes steps for the development of Ukrainian science, there is a clear awareness of the priorities, the desire and ability to implement them. This gives reason to hope for the implementation of quality research projects in Ukraine and abroad.
