The Department of Professional Education and Management of the Educational Institution of IAPM , with the support of the Ukrainian Assembly of Doctors of Sciences in Public Administration, holds a training seminar “MODERN COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES AS A ART OF EFFICIENT INTERACTION IN THE SOCIUM”. The training workshop will be held in April 17, 2019, from 12.00 to 16.00 at IAPM.
For whom:
representatives of public administration, business, non-governmental organizations, educational institutions, enterprises;
political scientists, sociologists, managers, marketers, educators, psychologists, trainers, coaches, speakers;
all interested in the topic of personal growth.
PURPOSE: to master the practical skills of effective communication.
TASKS:

To determine the level of communication qualities of participants (questionnaires, surveys, analysis, presentation, business and role-playing games, playing various communication situations, preventing and overcoming conflicts).

To learn how to use a variety of methods of working with information: the formation of their own image, information portrait of an educational institution, work with various target groups in business communications.

To acquaint participants with peculiarities of business communications in various spheres of life: business and role games, playing various life situations.

To learn to apply in practice the acquired knowledge, skills and abilities, including: business communications, correspondence, telephone, written, SMS, E-mail negotiations, communications in social networks.

Development of personal and team strategy for the formation and promotion of the image among colleagues, partner organizations and other contact libraries.
