The Publishing Group was established under the auspices of the All-Ukrainian Assembly of Doctors of Science in Public Administration, the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management and the Association of Scientists of Ukraine!

1. Publication in the monthly printed journal “Scientific Perspectives” on public administration, law, economics and medicine;
2. Participation in international scientific-practical conferences (Conference certificate can be considered a document confirming participation in a scientific conference in a country that is a member of the OECD and / or the EU in accordance with the Procedure for conferring academic titles to scientific and scientific-pedagogical staff, approved by the Ministry of Education and Science from 14.01.2016 № 13);
3. Writing and publishing collective monographs;
