Dear colleagues!
The public scientific organization “Ukrainian Assembly of Doctors of Sciences in Public Administration” (the “Assembly”) stands together with leading research institutions as co-organizer of the 2nd International Scientific and Methodological Conference “Decentralization of power and reforms in Ukraine. Current Situation and Problems of Training for the United Territorial Communities “, which will take place
December 13-14, 2018, in the city of Rivne. The purpose of the conference – the discussion of fundamental-applied and methodological issues of operation and development of united territorial communities in Ukraine.
The program committee of the conference included the leadership of the Assembly: Romanenko Yevgen Alexandrovich – the President of the Assembly, Parkhomenko-Kutsevil Oksana Igorivna – First Vice-President of the Assembly, Chaplay Irina Vitaliyevna- Executive Director of the Presidium of the Assembly.
Areas of work of the conference:
Section 1. Economic and financial aspects of decentralization in Ukraine.
Section 2. Public administration and legal support of the decentralization reform,
social and labor relations in the process of resolving labor disputes.
Section 3. Decentralization in the conditions of globalization processes: philosophical, linguistic-cultural and historical and political-political dimensions.
Section 4. Training for decentralization reform: nature resources, information, innovation technologies, logistics. We invite you to participate in the conference.
