On August 2, 2018, the State Committee of Television and Radio Broadcasting of Ukraine held a meeting of the Committee for the Ivan Franko Prize in the field of information activities.
Prize of Ivan Frank in the field of information activities was founded in 2004, it is awarded annually on the birthday of Ivan Frank – August 27. The award recognizes the authors of new original works that promote the establishment of the historical memory of the people, their national consciousness and identity, aimed at creating the state and democratization of Ukrainian society.
The winners of the Ivan Franko Prize in 2018 in the nomination “For the Best Scientific Work in the Information Sphere” were Evgeny Romanenko, Prorector of the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management, Doctor of Science in Public Administration, Professor, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine, Vladimir Kozakov, Doctor of Science in Public Administration, Professor, Professor of the Department of State Policy and Social Development of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine, Valery Rebkalo, Professor, Professor of the Department of State Policy and Social Development of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine, Irina Chaplay , Candidate of Science in Public Administration, Associate Professor of the Department of Public Administration of the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management and Olga Rashkovskaya, Candidate of Science in Public Administrationfor the monograph “State civil communication: the path from crisis to interaction” (SE “Publishing house “Personnel”, Kiev, 2017).
On the monograph obtained Reviews of the known Ukrainian scientists, T.V. Motrenko, Dr. of Philosophy, prof., Acad. Of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine; V.I. Hurkovskoyi Dr. of Sciences in Public Administration, Prof. of the department of information policy and e-government of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine, O.M. Nepomnyashchii Dr. of Sciences in Public Administration, Prof. , Prof. of the Department of Public Administration Interregional Academy of Personnel.
Exit monograph in world welcomed M.F. Holovaty, doctor of political sciences, professor, academician of International Personnel Academy, honored worker of Education of Ukraine, winner of the Prize. Franko in information activities.
In the monograph made the theoretical identification of the concepts of “communication”, “social communication”, “mass communication” and their constituents in the context of current research approaches; determined the attributive-defined system of properties of communications in public administration; justified the role of ICT in the development of communications in the European Community; allocated and assessed trends increase the civil communication on democratization of public administration in Ukraine; justified the directions and uses of marketing communications in public administration.
