The monograph is devoted to identifying the specifics of the development of public-private partnership (PPP) in post-communist countries and to formulating an objective assessment of its importance for solving existing problems. Modern scientific approaches to the nature of PPP are generalized. The prerequisites for the establishment of the PPP in post-communist countries have been identified and its institutional support has been revealed. The current status and main problems of PPP development are evaluated, positive experience and its importance for Ukraine are generalized. The publication is intended for public administration professionals, academics, graduate students and students.
