The conceptual and terminological dictionary is the result of a thorough study by prominent scientists in the field of public administration Yevhen Romanenko – Doctor of Public Administration, Professor, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine, President of the All-Ukrainian Assembly of Doctors of Public Administration and Anatoly Bogdanenko – Candidate of Public Administration, Member of the All-Ukrainian Assembly of Doctors of Public Administration.
The reviewers of the scientific publication were Oleksandr Nepomnyashchy – Doctor of Public Administration, Professor, Honored Builder of Ukraine, Expert of the Expert Council of the Ministry of Education and Science on Certification of Scientific Personnel in the Social Sciences and Yuriy Prav – Doctor of Public Administration, Professor, Honored Economist of Ukraine.
The terminological dictionary reveals the content of the norms and requirements of modern ethics of civil service. Ethics is a system of knowledge about good and evil, their actualization in human life, a theoretical set of views on morality and morality in human activity. The norms and rules of behavior of civil servants are highlighted.
