As part of the work of the “Scientific Perspectives” Publishing Group and the Institute of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan (Baku, Azerbaijan), the president of the NGO “VADND” Yevhen Oleksandrovich Romanenko was included in the editorial board of the international collection of scientific works “Elmi sövlarler” (“Scientific works”), registered by Order No. 23 dated July 11, 2002 by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan. “Scientific Works” has been published since 1934. Publication frequency: 6 issues per year. “Scientific works” are included in the list of publications recommended by the decision of the Higher Attestation Commission for the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The collection of scientific works contains materials devoted to the development, problems and prospects of humanitarian sciences in the world.
