We have been cooperating with Ivan Petrovich for many years, we know his high level of scientist and leader. He devotedly and actively develops science and practice of public administration, as well as a system of training specialists in this field. The pace of not only his department, but also the specialty on which the training of masters and bachelors is becoming popular. We also know the humanity and goodwill of Ivan Petrovich, his respect for his colleagues and applicants for scientific degrees. This is a deserved reward! We want Ivan Petrovich health, strength, energy and well-being.
